About Darien George

Darien George is a talented professional passionate about education who has worked in the human resources field for almost two decades. He has researched and taught corporate leadership, change management, talent acquisition, and organizational transformation. Companies turn to him for his guidance, intense adherence to quality standards, and transparency. Darien has worked with Fortune 50 companies, universities, and municipalities throughout the US. Throughout his career, Darien’s clients have included the city of Fort Worth, the city and county of Denver, the Fort Worth Independent School District, Texas Christian University, Samsung, Aetna, and Teletrac, to name a few. 

Darien founded Talent Metrics, an AI cloud-based consulting firm. After a cultural assessment, executives were given suggestions for enhancing profitability, employee retention, and productivity. Darien George’s other endeavor, Mackenzie Eason, remains an executive-level recruiting business and consultancy organization that has been thriving for nearly twenty years. 

Darien firmly believes that staff must be treated as valuable resources in the same way that mission statements and budgeting issues are. Darien’s long-term career goal is to redefine how organizations value employees at the core level. He understands that putting people first is the secret to operational and financial success.  

Aside from running his day-to-day professional career, Darien is a regular media contributor as well as an industry speaker. He has also won accolades for his commitment to his city and was selected as a Neighbor of the Year for his philanthropic endeavors. Darien George was listed in the region’s top 40 Under 40 executives by the Fort Worth Business Press. In addition, for his contributions to the community and new business in the area, Darien was twice named one of the Top 400 Influential executives by FW Inc Magazine.  

Darien is passionate about problems such as youth education and community development. He is a member of the board of directors of the Read Fort Worth Executive Council. This nonprofit center integrates many programs and efforts to guarantee that Fort Worth third-graders are reading at grade level. Additionally, he is a member of the board of The Library Foundation of Fort Worth, a company that offers the community’s residents free access to programs and materials. Darien George, a local businessman, is on the board of YTexas, a platform for exchanging ideas and creating mutually beneficial relationships to help in the cultural integration of new Texan businesses. 

Darien likes to spend his free time with his family, listening to local music and playing soccer. He is earning a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Harvard University, where he studies organizational behavior and culture.
